Myswim is a family-run swim school that has been teaching babies, children and adults to swim safely since 2000. Small classes, instructors in the water and lessons all year round.

4 months to 3 years
Parent & Baby
Free Drowning Prevention Awareness classes for babies aged 4 and 5 months, then Starfish classes from 6 months with a parent in the water.
2 to 6 years
Pre-School
Two levels designed for short attention spans.
School age
Learn to Swim
Our school-aged program builds confidence in the water while teaching your child how to swim.
4 years and over
Advanced Learn to Swim
This is where we start our strokes and work on endurance.
13 years and over
Teens & Adults
Group classes for teenagers and adults at Beginner and Intermediate level.

Private Lessons
One-on-one lessons of 20 or 30 minutes for swimmers who want extra attention or faster progress.

Tiny beginner classes
Pre-school beginners learn in classes of just two. Babies are capped at six with a parent in the water.
Instructors in the water
From Starfish to Sharks the instructor is in the pool with your child, correcting technique hands-on.
Make-up lessons
Let us know before classes start that day and you are eligible for a make-up lesson. Notify us through the customer portal, by text, email or phone, or at the counter. You have 100 days to book it in.

Lessons all year
Your booking rolls over each term and lessons continue through the school holidays.

It's always been swimming for us
Myswim is a family business run by Cathy and Chris, who began Chris Myers Swim School at Blacktown Aquatic Centre in 2000. Chris started coaching at Padstow in 1980 and coached many great swimmers, including Ian Thorpe. Cathy holds full ASCTA Swim Australia and Austswim accreditation and is a Diamond level member of ASCTA Swim Australia.
Their children are part of the swim school too, helping with the day-to-day operations.
